Triathlon

Our Triathlon Specific Strength & Conditioning Program will improve:

Your strength-to-body weight ratio in order to maximize performance & prevent injury.  Training protocols will challenge you in an aggressive manner, resulting in increased speed/power in the water, on the bike & during the run. 

We will also teach you movements that will help prevent unwanted strains, sprains & overuse injuries, which are an integral part of each session.

Ultimately each athlete will become faster, stronger & more agile, but more importantly, they will know more about their body & have a better
understanding of how to train effectively.

Additional workshops & clinics will be provided at a nominal fee. (i.e. gait analysis, injury prevention & much more!)
