Group Training
Group training classes generally host 5 to 15 people and are led by one of our certified, experienced Personal Trainers. This type of training allows you to, get a great workout with a group of friends in friendly, energetic environment on Pewaukee Lake or Cathedral Square in Milwaukee. Your trainer will pay close attention to posture, stance, and form, while leading the group through a great workout utilizing everything in our training studios, as well as, taking advantage of the great outdoors of Lake Country and the serene Lake Front of Milwaukee.

Adult Combo Outdoor Group Bike Ride and Strength & Conditioning Class (ages: 17-100+): Wednesdays, Ride 5:30-630pm followed by Strength 6:30-7:30pm / $30 per participant (3 participant minimum)
Team up with Transition’s Bike Specialist and Licensed Athletic Trainer/Personal Trainer for this Combo class to get both your cardio & strength workout back-to-back.
Bike Ride portion: Bring your road bike and be prepared to leave Transition’s parking lot promptly at 5:30pm. Learn the finer skills necessary to ride in a group setting, work on handling and cornering skills, flat roads, hills, intervals and much more! Each week a different component of riding safely and effectively will be introduced. All levels and abilities are gladly welcome; the group ride will stay together.
Strength & Conditioning: Immediately following the group bike ride, grab a 45-minute core conditioning, strength & conditioning circuit style training. Join a fun-filled environment and develop real strength for real tasks; combining agility, core strength & stability, leg strength and power, all of which make you feel faster, stronger and more efficient in your everyday tasks.

Core Strength & Stability: Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30am-11:30am
Burn a lot of calories and build muscle while exercising in a fast-paced circuit of weight training designed to improve full-body strength, shape and definition. This class will increase your strength, flexibility, balance and core stability.

Transition’s Boot Camp: Fridays 9:30-10:30am
ENLIST yourself in a challenging outdoor workout combining cardio & strength training for a total body workout. Maximize your time by keeping your heart rate up with interval style training techniques. Your overall endurance, strength, core stability, coordination and balance will be challenged and improved. You might want to bring 2 water bottles for this class!
