Inseam Frame Size
I don't pay much attention to inseam when fitting a road or tri bike. This gives a false sense of bike sizing. When looking at bikes in the store, if they determine size by stand over, RUN and don't turn back. Top tube length, flexibility, and arm length are more important than stand over. How much time do you actually spend standing over the bike frame?? That time should be spent riding!!!!
