Naturopathy

It is the philosophy of traditional naturopathy that recognizing the mind-body connection plays a valuable role in one's path to health and well being. Naturopathy holds that the body is innately designed to heal itself.  Prevention, education, and lifestyle coaching is the foundation for empowering others to take responsibility for their wellness.  Clients are introduced to the use of herbs, homeopathic remedies and the healing properties in food and whole food nutritional supplements.  Naturopathy addresses the source of stress; emotional, psychological, physical, structural and chemical.  By identifying the source of stress, implementing stress, reduction  and providing the body with what it needs to heal itself one can create external and internal environments conducive to maintaining homeostasis ( balance); by doing so the immune system is supported and the body is able to function optimally.

Evaluation Includes: Case history, symptom survey investigative testing including 24 hour urinalysis, Bio-energetic /biofeedback and physical palpation exams.
