CO-ED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Learn safe and effective strength & conditioning techniques to help prepare your body to move with your favorite sport’s functional movements. Karen will help build the form, technique, balance and muscle in a safe and effective environment while exercising in a fast-paced circuit of weight training designed to improve full-body strength & conditioning. This class will increase your strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. Join the fun both indoors and outdoors!
• Mondays and Wednesdays – 5:30 am
• 8 week session running

o $135 1 class/week
o $260 2 classes/week
