TOTAL BODY TONING

Improve functional strength, agility and speed while exercising in a fast-paced circuit of weight training designed to improve full-body strength, shape and definition. This class will focus on strength, flexibility, balance and core stability.

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 7:30am

o $135 8 week session - 1 class/week
o $260 8 week session - 2 classes/week
