Heather Lynn Haviland- BS University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, 2004 USAT Triathlete of the Year, a 6-time All American, a 3-time USA Team Member, and a 6-time Ironman finisher with her best time of 9:50. In addition to competing as a professional Triathlete, Heather loves to give back to the sport, sharing her knowledge with others and coaching athletes to achieve their goals.
Our Triathlon Specific Strength and Conditioning Program will improve: Your strength-to-body weight ratio in order to maximize performance and prevent injury. Training protocols will challenge you in an aggressive manner, resulting in increased speed/power in the water, on the bike and during the run.
We will also teach you movements that will help prevent unwanted strains, sprains and overuse injuries, which are an integral part of each session.
Ultimately each athlete will become faster, stronger and more agile, but more importantly, they will know more about their body and have a better understanding of how to train effectively.
