Multi-Sport Level

                         - $180.00 per month plus $120.00 set of fee -
                                                (3 month commitment)

A perfect program for the seasoned athlete wanting an individualized program but with less coach/athlete interaction.   You will receive bi-monthly workouts and contact by your coach to monitor your progress.  A strength training guideline is included and personal one on one training with your coach can be purchased at an additional cost.

Coaching Includes:

   •  Minimum of 5 coaching hours allocated to athlete per month
       (i.e. preparation of workouts, communication, etc.)
   •  Evaluation of a thorough questionnaire to understand your 
       current lifestyle as well as your past training history and
       current training regimen. 
   •  Develop future goals specific to the individual athlete 
   •  Training Peaks.com account 
   •  Appropriate ATP (annual training plan) hours based on current
       lifestyle and goals
   •  Prioritizing racing schedule to set up appropriate peak phase(s)
   •  Limited communication initiated by the athlete via e-mail 
      1x/week (24 hour guaranteed response turn around)
   •  An initial analysis of one discipline (i.e.; swim stroke and then
       give specific drills to improve your swim efficiency) 
   •  Opportunity for group training workouts
   •  Invitation to special events, seminars and/or clinics
   •  Programs are structured to the individual athlete to include
       the following: 

             • 
Training is based on periodization method (prep, base, build, 
                 peak/race, transition)
             •
 
2 week training schedule increments
             •
 
Detailed description of the workouts 
             •
 
Correct heart rate and/or power training zones 
             •
 
Distance and/or time to be covered in the workout 
             •
 
Correct heart rate training and/or power zones 
             •
 
Strength training guide 
             •
 
Other specific details or comments tailored to the athlete

Will work with athlete to perfect a race day nutrition plan

Schedule can be adjusted (at an additional cost) 

   •  Coach may strongly recommend additional services based on
       past and current training needs before the initial start of
       coaching and during.
