Training Style:  Everyone who hires a trainer comes for a different reason and with a different background.  Therefore, each client should be treated as an individual with specific needs and wants.  Those needs and wants can be met with a proper assessment, and progression through workouts.  Workouts will include a combination of functional, rehabilitative and strength exercises that will help in reaching goals, as well as everyday activities.  Of course, having fun and building relationships is also important as it can be used as a resource for all your fitness needs.
