Kim is a “seasoned” trainer with extensive background in Health & Wellness and specializes in both Management and Personal Training.  When working towards a client’s goal, she likes to incorporate some traditional exercises along with functional exercises.  Kim feels this helps to challenge established goals and aids in the accomplishing of them.  Her down-to-earth nature creates an environment to produce results, and will have you wanting to work with her toward your exercise goals.  Kim believes a proper education in understanding your body’s mechanics and the development of a strong core is important, and will inevitably lead to a strong foundation and a lifetime of happiness.  Not to mention a head turning physique.
