Transition’s very own, Michael Boehmer, cannot join all cyclists on every ride but he can share his expertise in bike maintenance. Join us while Michael covers basic tips on fixing problems that may occur on your bike.

Transition’s very own Dietitian, Kate Weber and Professional Triathlete, Heather Haviland; will share both their professional and practical expertise in perfecting an athlete’s race day nutrition plan.

Racing Nutrition 202 - “Because nutrition is the 4th discipline”
Wednesday April 23rd 7-8pm

Transition welcomes back Kate Weber and Heather Haviland in taking race nutrition 1 step further. As your training and racing begin to become more extensive so does your race day’s nutrition.  This seminar is perfect for those athletes who are performing in half to full Ironmans.  Kate and Heather will also help any athlete who hasn’t yet perfected their race day nutrition plan.

Efficient Running

Transition’s very own running coach, Briana Boehmer, will demonstrate an overview of an ideal running stride and explain the proper mechanics of running.  She will also teach specific drills to help you become a faster and more efficient runner.  *Please come to clinic in running apparel.

Bike Handling Skills for the Triathlete
Wednesday June 4th 6-7pm
Professional Cyclist, Sean Peterson, will lead the group through time saving techniques in handling your triathlon bike.  Some of the techniques to be covered include, proper cornering, passing, and hill climbing and descending.  For this seminar please be prepared to ride; including appropriate accessories (i.e. Helmet, bike shorts, etc.)

Wet Suit Demo Days
Monday June 9th & June 23rd 6-7:30pm
David Miller will present efficient ways in putting on your wetsuit, preventing rips and proper care of your suit.  Demos of wetsuits will be available for use during the open water swim. 
*Held in conjunction with the open water swim.

Open Water Swim
Monday June 9th & June 23rd 6-7:30pm

Join Transition’s very own coaches, Anita Krier and Heather Haviland in a 1 hour open water swim lesson.  Learn proper techniques in water entry and exists during a triathlon.  A structure water workout will be included in this clinic. *Please bring a wetsuit a bright swim cap and goggles. (David Miller will also have demo wetsuits available for use) *Based on swim experience, this clinic will be split into 2 groups, a beginner and advanced.

Ride & Run the Pewaukee Triathlon Course
Tuesday July 9th & Wednesday July 10th 5:15pm SHARP
One of Transitions Professional coaches will lead you through the bike and run portion of the Pewaukee Triathlon course.  This clinic will introduce you to the race course and teach you tips on how to have a successful ride and run.  Please be prepared to ride and run. 
*This clinic is for the sole purpose of learning the course.
