Wednesday Night “Instructional Tempo Ride” 5:30pm
With Sprinting Instruction by Sean Peterson (ex pro); 20 mph tempo with designated lead outs and sprint practice

Thursday Morning “Dad’s Ride” 6:00 am
35 miles through Holy Hill; fast efforts up hills and will regroup on top.
The only time the dads let loose—so strap in

70 miles to include: 1 hour warm up “2 Up”; 38 miles hard; 1 hour tempo “2 Up” back to Transition
